LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL

RLA’s Near-peer” student mentors consists of co-ed high school age players and coaches, many of whom are alums of the co-ed elementary and middle school programs. They come together to give back to the program that benefited them, while also logging hours that are applied towards their high school diplomas. The Leadership Development School is building a community-based culture that inspires our current youth participants to return as examples of excellence for the next generation.
